Refund policy

 

Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for products unless they are defective or not as ordered. Please check your selection before finalizing your purchase. (See our Size Guide for size selection)

Damages: If your product arrive damaged, or if an incorrect item was sent, please reach out to us at hello@grei.store

For a return to be considered, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in the same condition you received it
• It must remain unused, with all tool kit items included.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• No fingerprint on the nail please (DONT TOUCH IT)
• Runway Couture collection is NOT eligible for a return

Refunds will be issued within 14 days upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise in its original state. Please be aware that returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
